Refund Policy

This policy outlines how we handle the financial aspect of your returns and order cancellations at Corvine Footwear.

Full Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a 100% refund of the original purchase price. No deductions will be made for shipping or handling.

Processing Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our Poole office, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund.

Timelines:

  • Approval: Within 2 business days of receiving the item.

  • Credit: Approved refunds are automatically credited back to your original payment method (Shopify Payments).

  • Banking Window: Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your card issuer.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@corvinefootwear.co.uk.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. In these cases, a full refund or a free replacement will be issued immediately upon verification, without waiting for the 90-day window.
