Do you ship internationally? No. At this time, Corvine Footwear exclusively serves the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? We offer an industry-leading 90-day money-back guarantee. You have three full months from the date of delivery to decide if your footwear is the right fit for you.

Are there any fees for returns? No. Returns are 100% free. We do not charge restocking fees or administration costs for any returns or exchanges.

How do I return an item? Simply email us at support@corvinefootwear.co.uk with your order number. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions for sending your package to our office in Poole, Dorset.

Which payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Shopify Payments, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are securely processed in British Pounds (GBP £).
